Free Writing

Every class, I usually do a warm up activity in the beginning or a game at the end of the class reviewing the topics covered. Giving them a break from the uninteresting textbooks, an opportunity to express themselves in English with some creativity. Hopefully to reinforce something they have learned.

It's a western approach, and the students usually get a kick out of it and have a ruckus. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Here's a result of a 15 min writing assignment, which did not work.
