Nephew in JPN day 2

Took the fool to school today. Students in Japan all take their club activities very seriously, it was something D was very shocked about. Even during summer vacations, students still show up for school to practice. Practices lasts can be 3 to 5 hours. Usually the 1st year students have to come first and leave last to clean, setup, plow the field and do any choirs for the team/club. In most cases, they wont get a chance to play until their 2nd or 3rd year.

Day 2 entry:
Today When Jason and I got on the bus in the morning, I thought that the button on the seat in front of me was some kind of notice or not that you could take, dead wrong, it was a *next stop* button. Every seat has a next stop button. I guess somehow the bus driver knew that I didn’t know what I was doing. When we finally got there I was very surprised, we dropped our money and tickets altogether into a box with a conveyer belt in it and you won’t believe it, GAVE CHANGE!!!! THE MACHINE SPIT OUT EXACT CHANGE! So anyways, when we got off the bus we started to walk up the never ending hill, I bought a melon drink Fanta from a convenient store, Jason said I should’ve got 2 drinks but I thought I’d be fine, man was I wrong. When we finally got there we went into Jason’s work place and a teacher’s meeting was going on. The head dude told me to leave because he thought I’d like invade privacy or something by listening, I mean do I look like I can speak Japanese? So then me and Jason stared at the baseball field watching the guys cleaning stuff for about an hour and a half. Then we looked at the basketball guys who were training really hard, they were running back and forth from each side of the court, squatted, with each step turning around. Then we watched boxing for only a bit, it wasn’t that cool, just two guys boxing each other… Then we watched the guys clean up the field again. Then we were thirsty so Jason bought a cold coffee (yuck!) I wanted to buy a grape juice; the machine gave the change but no juice, damn! I ended up buying an apple grape juice thing, the juice boxes are like two times bigger in Japan. Then Ⅰdon’t really remember how this happened but me and Jason were in the music room and these girls were trying to ask questions and stuff, it was kinda hard but I ended up answering them. I had to put on slippers, no sandals inside. Note: everyone thought my earring was cool because you’re not allowed to have them in school, lol.

Then we watched these guys chanting, they were chanting for like 8 hours, no joke, people in Japan in clubs come to school and do whatever club they signed up for from 8:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M, damn is that crazy or what. Then we went down to the baseball field and it was so embarrassing when forty baseball players came up and bowed to me. Then I played catch with a member of the team and watched the rehearsal for the chanting, (my favorite one is the punching one). Then we left the school and went out for Japanese food for lunch. I got pork katsu, and you’ll never believe this, whenever I take a picture of my food, IT GETS DELETED OR SOMETHING, I ALWAYS END UP WITH A PICTURE OF AN EMPTY BOWL SOMEHOW! Anyways, it was a good lunch. Then we came back and played video games, Jason beat me in Street Fighter, you know why? The game is screwed, whenever he did this move where he turned all electric then charged forward in midair, if I blocked it, it does triple the damage, and if I don’t, I go flying. But I totally owned him FAIR AND SQUARE in Mortal Kombat. Then we went to an electronics store while Hitomi went to teach, without Jason telling me IT WAS FOR TWO HOURS. We initially came to get a new strap for my camera and ended up walking around the store for like an hour, and I saw a really cool game I’m going to get. Then we left the electronics store and we saw Sayaka there and then Hitomi dropped her off then we went to McDonalds to buy dinner, I got a Teriyaki burger which I thought was a chicken teriyaki burger for some strange reason. Anyways, it ended up good but I can’t say the same for the fries. Then Jason and I ate our food while watching an anime about soccer. Then I took a shower and went to bed. Damn what a long blog.
